Accommodation and Facilities

Grounds 3000m2. House 950m2 with lift. Entrance is through private electric gates with room for 3 cars. The entrance leads into the hall area with living area, dining area and kitchen open-plan. The living area is furnished with 2 large leather sofas and coffee table, flat screen Satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Indoor Dining table seats 8 and is right next to the kitchen area with further seating for 4. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with Fridge, freezer, Dishwasher, Ceramic hob. Separate laundry room with washing machine, drier and drying cabinet. The living area, dining area and kitchen all open up to the exterior. The kitchen has a back door to the parking area and a side entrance to the exterior bar and outdoor dining area. There is a guest toilet on that level. The villa has 10 double bedrooms (1.80m x 2.00m) all with en suite bathrooms (seven of them with bathtubs) and flat screen TV´s and safe in each room. The Master bedroom is situated on the ground level and features a home cinema and separate dressing room. Two of the bedrooms feature small kitchenettes. The interior pool, Jacuzzi and sauna are situated one level down, accessed by stairs or lift. Grounds: the property is surrounded by a well tended lawn. The ground stair level has a large terrace that surrounds the property and is equipped with different seating areas and a shaded outdoor dining area to seat 20 guests equipped with a bar and professional gas barbecue. One level down is the garden with the outdoor heated swimming pool (15m x 7m) and an outdoor hot tub. This property is wheelchair friendly. Available tennis court to be shared with Villa El Cid.
