The villa is just a ten minute drive to the Puerto de San Miguel and beautiful Benniras beach, as well as a number of other great beaches being within easy reach. The charming capital of Ibiza Town can be easily reached by car, and is the perfect place to spend an afternoon or evening enjoying the world-class bars, café´s, restaurants and shopping that is has to offer.  Originally built as a chapel over 400 years ago, the house has now been totally renovated and refurbished to the very highest standard, giving guests an unbeatable level of both comfort and style. Sleeping up to 16 people, the villa is an ideal option for a large family or group of friends looking to spend some time in a secluded and tranquil location in Ibiza. There are various different living and dining areas located both inside the house and within its luxurious grounds, including shaded chill-out areas and a beautiful Balinese temple, perfect for enjoying an after dinner cocktail whilst watching the sun go down. The swimming pool area is spacious and modern, and offers wonderful views over the Ibizan hills. The interior of the property is just as impressive, with a fully-equipped designer kitchen, living rooms, and eight individually decorated bedrooms, each one with en-suite bathroom and equipped with air conditioning, flat screen television, iPod dock and wireless internet connection. Accommodation and Facilities

Grounds 42000 m2 Villa 700m2. Private road leads to the villa with parking for 5 cars. Path and steps lead to the main house entrance to the living room with fireplace, flat screen TV international satellite, music equipment and I-Pod, office corner with internet Wi-Fi, scanner & printer. Direct access to a porch terrace with seating area. Fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a Balinese style covered summer dining area. The property has 9 rooms (one of them is for staff only). All bedrooms are equipped with a Flat screen TV with internation channels, I-Pod and safe.  5 of them are situated in the main house. Room 1: Double bedroom with matrimonial bed,  dressing room, safe, and its complete bathroom en suite. It has 2 small balconies with view to the valley and court yard. Room 2: Double bedroom with matrimonial bed and has a complete bathroom en suite with double sink and dressing room. It has a large balcony and an open terrace with exterior shower, both offers a stunning panoramic view .Room 3:Double bedroom with matrimonial bed and a complete bathroom en suite. Direct access to a large balcony and a stunning private porch/chill-out area, both have a stunning panoramic view .Room 4: Double bedroom with matrimonial bed and it has a complete bathroom en suite, with double sink and a large dressing area. Direct access to the different exterior lounges and deck in front of the pool. Room 5: Double bedroom with matrimonial bed and his complete bathroom en suite with double sink. Room 6 and 7 are completely independent with private terrace turns into a living area with a Balinese temple. This annex has 2 large rooms in suite:1 double bedroom with matrimonial bed, dressing room, office corner, and has a complete bathroom with double sink in suite. It also boasts an outside bathroom and tropical garden with private terraces and chill out. The second room has 1 double bedroom with matrimonial bed and his complete shower room en suite. We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of € 2000 prior to your arrival at the property. The deposit will be returned within 7 days if property has not suffered any damage.

Check in should be made after 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check out should be made before 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
