This sister villa to Can Mares commands the same impressive views over the sea and the nearby Cala Corral and shares with its neighbour the magic spectacle of the sun setting in the west over the limitless expanse of the Mediterranean. Clearly visible to the south west is the unmistakable outline of Es Vedrá island, whose lighthouse marks the entrance to the channel between the islands of Ibiza and Formentera. The house, which is on two floors, features a magnificent sun roof, from which full advantage can be taken of the breathtaking panoramic seascape. The villa has been designed and built in typical Ibizan style to provide comfortable and elegant accommodation for up to six guests. Furnished and decorated throughout in a simple yet elegant style designed to enhance the overall distinctiveness of the property, it includes three double bedrooms and three well-appointed bathrooms with shower. From the large and luminous entrance hall and living room a flight of stairs leads to the upper floor. A particularly attractive feature of this house is the spacious ground floor shaded terrace with its full complement of wicker sofas, chairs and an elegant wooden dining-table, where open-air meals can be enjoyed in quiet seclusion. At the same time, the house is a mere 100 metres from the shore and only a relatively short drive to the island's throbbing nightlife.

Accommodation and Facilities

Ground Floor: The porch with views over the sea contains an oriental style sofa, a coffee table, a chaise longue and an outside dining table with 6 wicker chairs. This area leads trough sliding doors to the living room furnished with a corner costume made sofa that seats 7, a Bali style wood sofa for two, a coffee table, TV and an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with fridge freezer, 4 ring ceramic electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. From the porch you also access through sliding doors one of the double bedrooms (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) with en suite shower room. First Floor: There is a double bedroom (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) with en suite bathroom and access to the upper terrace. The third double bedroom (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) is accessed by an independent stair case on the outside of the house, contains an en suite shower room and also has access to the upper terrace, sharing with the other room. The terrace is equipped with a costume made sun bed and two deck chairs.

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of € 500 prior to your arrival at the property. The deposit will be returned within 7 days if property has not suffered any damage.

Check in should be made after 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check out should be made before 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
