The fourth room is the master bedroom with a king sized bed (1.80m x 2.00), terrace overlooking the garden, desk and large built in cupboards and en suite bathroom with separate bath and shower. On the first floor there is also the office, equipped with a sofa, large desk with computer and TV and DVD. Second floor: very large and luminous, open-plan loft equipped with sofas, easy chairs, coffee table and work table with views of the sea on one side and garden on the other side. Grounds: Beautifully kept English garden with a shallow pond with gold fish (8.00m x 4.00m) and garden furniture. We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of € 1000 prior to your arrival at the property. The deposit will be returned within 7 days if property has not suffered any damage.

Check in should be made after 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check out should be made before 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
