Holding a Villa

The search engine on our home page lets you search for your perfect villa in three ways:

• A basic search allows you to look for a property by location, dates and number of required bedrooms.
• An advanced search allows you to look for a property by location, price and specific requirements such as pool, proximity to the sea and air conditioning.
• A search by map allows you to look according to villa location.

Once you have selected your villa, we suggest that you place it on hold.

Placing a property on hold does not imply any commitment on your part, but has the advantage of reserving your desired villa for a 48 hour period, giving you time to make your decision. The only requirement is that you are registered as a Spain Select user. See advantages of user registration

You may confirm your reservation at any time during the hold period. If you choose not to make a reservation during this time, the hold period ends and the property will become available for other clients to reserve.

Please note that you may place only two villas on hold at any one time.
