Can we rent for less than a week, and is the rental period always Saturday to Saturday?

Normal rentals are one week, Saturday to Saturday. Occasionally we are able to bend this rule (either for rentals of less than a week or to allow mid-week departures), especially if it is off-season.

I have seen that I must leave the property at 10:00 am. Are you flexible with this?

The reason why checkout is arranged for 10:00 am is to give us time for the cleaners to clean the property properly before our next clients arrive. Should we not have clients arriving the same day of your departure, we will be more than happy to arrange a later check out for you. View Check-Out

Can we use a credit card to pay for the rental?

Yes, we accept Visa and Mastercard. For any other credit card companies, please ask our staff. No credit card fee applies.

Are linens provided?

Yes, linens and towels are provided. However not all our villas provide beach towels.

Who takes care of my villa?

Each villa has its own Property Manager, pool man and gardener. A complete pool cleaning and servicing is generally done just before your arrival. There should be a skimmer net near the pool deck which you can use for touch-ups between the weekly services.

Is there a security deposit and how do we pay this?

All our properties have a breakage security deposit. The amount varies depending on each property. We will ask you to pay the security deposit either in cash during the check in or three weeks prior to your arrival depending on the villa. You will be reimbursed one week after departure, should no breakage occur.

What happens if we break something while we are in the villa?

Upon departure you should inform the Property Manager of the damage. Depending on what has been broken and the material value of the damage we will arrange the repair and will provide us with a receipt. We will then send the receipt on to you and deduct this amount from your security deposit, reimbursing you with the remaining amount.

How will we know how to find the property and will someone be there to show us around?

You will receive the Property Voucher with all necessary details when you confirm your booking. On the Voucher you will find full details of theProperty Manager, the address of the property, directions of how to get there and its GPS coordinates. View an example

How far in advance should we book?

You may book whenever you wish though booking 6 to 9 months in advance is suggested. The most popular villas book up quickly for the high season.

Is there a price discount for rentals of longer than a week?

Long-term price discounts normally start at one month.

What happens if we have a problem during our stay?

If there is any problem with the villa call the Property Manager immediately. If the problem is not resolved, please call us. We can´t help fix a problem if we don´t know about it!

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Normally check-in is between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Saturday afternoon. Checkout is normally by 10 a.m. on Saturday morning. In between, the properties are cleaned so please try not to arrive before the established hours. View Check Out

Are additional staff (e.g. maids and/or cooks) available?

For most properties additional staff is available at an additional cost.

What is Real-Time Booking and how does it work?

We offer a real-time booking service on all Spain Select villas. This means that you can book a property instantly and directly via the Spain Select website, without speaking to a representative first. The booking calendar is constantly updated, meaning you can immediately see the availability of your preferred property, and if you so choose, place that property on hold for 48 hours directly via the website. The real-time booking service means we work directly with the property owners, incurring no additional booking fees for our clients.
