Check Out

As with the check- in process, the Property Manager will be on hand in the villa to help you with the check-out process. To ensure that everything goes smoothly, we kindly ask you to communicate your estimated time of departure to the Property Manager during the time of your Check-in.

We ask all of our clients to follow our villa departure policy as best they can:

• Departures may be made between the hours of 8.00 and 10.00.
• If you would like to leave your villa after 10.00 we will do our very best to accommodate your needs, but it is vital that you inform us of your plans in advance. If a late departure can´t be arranged you are very welcome to leave your packed luggage in the entrance of the villa and return to pick it up before 12.30.

The deposit will be returned, via bank transfer or credit card, within seven days, provided that the property has not suffered any damage.
